Frequently asked questions

  • To maintain our high standard of work and brand consistency, we are selective with the adhoc work we undertake. Our preference is to prioritise our Creative Retainer clients. This allows us to act as a true partner to your business, offering priority booking and a deep understanding of your brand’s goals.

  • A retainer offers predictable budgeting, priority access, and a lower effective hourly rate. Most importantly, it ensures your brand remains cohesive across every touchpoint; from your Instagram feed to your latest property development brochure.

  • Branding is so much more than a logo. It’s the full identity of your business; from visuals (logo, colours, typography) to tone of voice and the feeling people walk away with after interacting with you. A logo is part of it, but the brand is the whole experience. You can learn more about the difference, here.

  • You can start with DIY but strong branding builds recognition, trust, and loyalty. It’s what makes people choose you over a competitor, even if the products or services are similar. As your business grows, good branding is easier to implement from the beginning.

  • If you’re starting a business, feeling “all over the place” with your visuals, struggling to look consistent online, or want to attract a more aligned audience, then it’s the right time.

  • A rebrand is a full transformation (new logo, colours, direction, positioning), while a refresh updates and elevates your existing identity without starting from scratch.

  • It depends on the scope of the project, but most brand identity projects take between 4–6 weeks from start to finish.

  • That’s completely fine! Part of the process is discovery; finding clarity together through strategy, moodboards, and creative direction. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
